Recently, I was trying to think of ways to improve productivity without a great deal of effort. Also, I was asked by a non-profit group to determine a really inexpensive way to create a group text message.
So, I found Jott Assistant. You simply dial into a toll-free phone number (the assistant knows the user by caller-id) and you are able to constructively use their voice-to-text service.
To me, the most important features are:
- Creating voice notes
- Create and manage to-do lists
- Text and email hands-free (I love doing this in the car). This includes Group SMS (text) messages. Fantastic.
- Set reminders in my Google Calendar (using your voice)
- Listen to news, weather and sports headlines.
Check the video below. I am currently doing a trial version for free, but envision using the $3.95 per month deal.
