Tampa City Council has scheduled a Special Public Hearing on Thursday, November 6th, at 6:30pm to discuss the TECO Franchise Agreement for the City.
I am considering attending if time permits. I agree with Linda Saul-Sena.
She wrote a letter to the editor of the St. Petersburg Times outlining the unacceptable agreement proposed by Tampa Electric which would allow them to be the City of Tampa’s power provider for the next 25 years.
