Mom’s Pound Cake

Pound cakeINGREDIENTS

  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 3 cups sugar
  3. 5 eggs
  4. 3 sticks butter (or margerine)
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp lemon extract
  8. 1 cup milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix wet ingredients
  2. Mix in sugar
  3. Gradually mix in flour
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until done.

Notes: I would use a greased tube pan for this.
