DeeDee, Jack and I went to Boizao Brazilian Steakhouse on Sunday. The restaurant has complimentary valet parking. Nice. We proceeded to go inside and inform the hostess we had a 7:30 reservation. She said that it would be a few minutes. While we were waiting, others were being seated who arrived earlier that we did. No problem. INGREDIENTS 6 egg yolks 6 tablespoons white sugar, divided 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups heavy cream 2 tablespoons brown sugar Preheat oven to 375 degrees Beat egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy. Pour cream into a saucepan and stir over low heat until it almost comes to boil.
